UFC GYM is a UFC inspired fitness franchise with over 150 locations across 40+ countries.  They combine MMA-style training, classes, nutrition regimens, coaching, group training and traditional fitness equipment to make elite training available to everyone. 

UFC GYM needed to find a more suitable marketing and brand management platform for their brand and local area marketing needs whilst streamlining the process to scale not only in the United States but internationally. Digital Stack is excited to partner with UFC GYM.

What we’ve accomplished so far

• Migrating over 2,600+ templates from Canva into Digital Stack was made easy and now available to all franchisees.

• Social, print, presentation, video and email templates migrated into Digital Stack. Removing the need for a separate email, graphic and video hosting platform.

• Ability to integrate multiple social platforms, CRMs and printers for each brand location

• ‘Special Requests’ (creative briefs) can be made directly from Digital Stack for creative support or campaign assets from Head Office. This has not been available to UFC GYM with other platforms.

• Unlimited storage libraries for both UFC GYM Head Office and locations.
  

Our Response

We brought UFC GYMs onto Digital Stack, as a part of the onboarding process we rebuilt their Canva assets into versatile Digital Stack templates. With a total of 2600+ templates migrated, their new Digital Stack templates ensure brand integrity and design control, giving them the ability to properly lockdown assets and branding within a template. Digital Stack also gives them the ability to ‘Unpublish’ a template, making it invisible to franchisees to ensure brand consistency and outdated templates are controlled.

Along with securing UFC GYMs branding, Digital Stack provides them with access to unlimited asset storage libraries both for their brand and each one of their locations, giving them the ability to store photoshoots, design files and all of their marketing collateral. These assets can be placed directly into templates and scheduled out to multiple social platforms, CRMs or sent directly to printers for multiple locations all at the same time. 

Along with streamlining UFC GYMs international marketing process we also provide reporting on template usage and activity across the brand and selected locations with the ability to communicate directly to franchisees through email or push notifications.
