FACE FOUNDRIÉ has partnered with Digital Stack. As they looked ahead at their growth plans, they knew they needed to find a solution that would allow them to provide all their marketing materials in one place.
When FACE FOUNDRIÉ were onboarded, they had 48 locations. Now they have 100 + locations across the United States.
Since partnering with Digital Stack we can see a big uptick in usage by the network as these bundles became available, showing strong engagement with this content. Along with that, the internal reporting on Digital Stack for corporate teams includes data on the most used templates so the team can analyse this and see what versions of the different templates are most popular with the network, allowing them to streamline their efforts for future months by refining their output to make sure what they are making available to the network will actually get used.
Additionally, the corporate team has started providing a monthly marketing plan for locations to follow. This is a new initiative from the team, as they were not able to provide this in an easy way before.
Being able to add more value and guidance for their franchisees is a huge win for the FACE FOUNDRIÉ team. Many locations have taken advantage of these suggestions, but a couple have led the pack and have really engaged with planning out their marketing activities.
Their San Francisco, has been performing exceptionally well — achieving its initial 90-day sales target in just six weeks.This location also happens to be one of the most active locations on Digital Stack across the network. The corporate team does not think this is a coincidence. This store has been engaged with marketing and operations plays from the start and the proof that this pays off is in their numbers.
At Digital Stack we find it important to meet with clients in-person. This allows us to reflect but also look ahead and workshop new ideas and specific points of growth both the brand and Digital Stack want to see in the new year.
For FACE FOUNDRIÉ, this includes utilising the Campaign Feature on the platform to be able to build a whole pre-opening marketing plan for any new store and deploy this to their planner based on each location’s specific timeline so that right from the second they log in for the first time, they can begin with marketing their new location. The learnings from the success of the San Francisco store will come in handy here as well.
