The Challenge

As one of the world’s largest hotel franchisors, Choice Hotels International manages a diverse portfolio of brands and thousands of properties across multiple regions. With rapid growth across APAC and expansion into EMEA and other international markets, maintaining consistent brand execution at scale became increasingly complex.

Prior to partnering with Digital Stack, regional teams faced challenges around inconsistent branding, fragmented marketing activity and varying levels of franchisee engagement across locations. Individual properties were often using different tools and processes, making it difficult for head office teams to maintain visibility, provide support and ensure campaigns stayed aligned with brand standards.
