FACE FOUNDRIÉ Onboards onto Digital Stack
Last year, FACE FOUNDRIÉ partnered with Digital Stack. As they looked ahead at their growth plans, they knew they needed to find a solution that would allow them to provide all their marketing materials in one place.
It’s been a strong year for FACE FOUNDRIÉ. When they were onboarded on Digital Stack, they had 48 locations. Now they have 65. The company is projecting 75 open or in-development stores by the end of 2025.
Based in Minnesota in the suburbs of Minneapolis, our Senior Brand Experience Manager went to visit the team at their headquarters for a catch up and to reflect on the first year of the partnership. Wins were shared and plans were made for how both teams can optimize the account and partnership as a whole in 2025.

Each month, FACE FOUNDRIÉ puts together monthly bundles of templates based on promotions, holidays, and products featured for that month. Previously, these were sent via a link and users would have to download the png of each template that they wanted to use and then upload that and post it on the day to social media.
Since onboarding onto Digital Stack, the brand is able to share monthly bundles right in the platform, and franchisees can schedule these directly to Instagram and FB, stories as well, either immediately or in advance. Thus helping franchisees plan ahead and become more consistent with their marketing efforts.
A Successful First Year
As we look at the months of the year during 2024, we can see a big uptick in usage by the network as these bundles became available, showing strong engagement with this content. Along with that, the internal reporting on Digital Stack for corporate teams includes data on the most used templates so the team can analyze this and see what versions of the different templates are most popular with the network, allowing them to streamline their efforts for future months by refining their output to make sure what they are making available to the network will actually get used.
Additionally, the corporate team has started providing a monthly marketing plan for locations to follow. This is a new initiative from the team, as they were not able to provide this in an easy way before. Being able to add more value and guidance for their franchisees is a huge win for the FACE FOUNDRIÉ team. Many locations have taken advantage of these suggestions, but a couple have led the pack and have really engaged with planning out their marketing activities.

The most recent location to open right at the end of 2024 was San Francisco, and this store is killing it. They reached their opening sales goal for the first 90 days in only a month and half. This location also happens to be one of the most active locations on Digital Stack across the network for the last three months in a row. The corporate team does not think this is a coincidence. This store has been engaged with marketing and operations plays from the start and the proof that this pays off is in their numbers.

Getting to meet with clients in-person like this allows us to reflect but also look ahead and workshop new ideas and specific points of growth both the brand and Digital Stack want to see in the new year.
For FACE FOUNDRIÉ, this includes utilising the Campaign Feature on the platform to be able to build a whole pre-opening marketing plan for any new store and deploy this to their planner based on each location’s specific timeline so that right from the second they log in for the first time, they can begin with marketing their new location. The learnings from the success of the San Francisco store will come in handy here as well.

After a successful rollout of Digital Stack to its network last year, FACE FOUNDRIÉ is looking for new ways to engage with its franchisees and how they can utilize Digital Stack to provide further benefit to owners. The brand hopes to continue to provide more marketing materials each month on the platform. As well increase locations social media activity and provide a marketing plan with recommended posting schedules to locations that are opening soon. They also want to explore Email capabilities with Digital Stack.
